RTF import preferences - Convert bullets and numbers to text

Hi,

Is there a way to set the RTF import preferences "Convert bullets & numbers to text" to "true" with InDesign Server CS3 (or CS4)? I cannot find any way to do this with InDesign Server CS3 scripting api (JavaScript) or Java api.
