Coldfusion and Indesign Server

I am having trouble with getting the Web service idsp.wsdl running a javascript file on Coldfusion 7 server. I have Indesign server running ready to accept SOAP messages and the javascript is running from the Command Prompt with no errors. I am using the following code on Coldfusion 7 server.
