Cannot start trial InDesign Server CC Mac

Following the instructions here:

I run the following command:

./adobe_prtk --tool=StartTrial --leid=InDesignServer-CS6-Mac-GM

This is the response:

          All rights reserved.

StartTrial Successful

Return Code = 0

Then I go run InDesign Server:

Usage: InDesignServer [options]

What is going on?
